From Tech to Teasers, Martha’s journey is all about reinvention and resilience. After three decades in business and technology, she founded HiLiT Fitness to blend Pilates, resistance training, and low-impact cardio for sustainable strength and energy. Known for her fun, encouraging, and challenging classes, she loves helping clients feel the burn—especially during a great glute workout. Martha’s mission is to build a community where movement empowers, recovery is celebrated, and everyone feels stronger together.
HiLiT Pilates is a modern Pilates studio that fuses traditional Pilates with strength training to build strong, resilient bodies.
We’re looking for part-time group instructors who are:
Certified group fitness instructors
Experienced with Pilates or passionate about Pilates, strength training, and fitness
Pilates Reformer certified or willing to obtain certification
Availability required: weekends, mornings, and late afternoon/early evening classes.
