Martha Johnson

From Tech to Teasers, Martha’s journey is all about reinvention and resilience. After three decades in business and technology, she founded HiLiT Fitness to blend Pilates, resistance training, and low-impact cardio for sustainable strength and energy. Known for her fun, encouraging, and challenging classes, she loves helping clients feel the burn—especially during a great glute workout. Martha’s mission is to build a community where movement empowers, recovery is celebrated, and everyone feels stronger together.

Nicole “Nikki” Snead

After two decades in Human Resources, Nicole found her calling in Pilates and never looked back. She brings a warm, empowering energy to every HiLiT class, helping clients discover strength, balance, and confidence through mindful, low-impact movement. Nicole’s sessions strike the perfect mix of support and challenge—you’ll leave feeling grounded, stronger, and smiling. Outside the studio, she recharges through yoga, horses, and time in nature.
