HiLiT Flow Level 1

THIS CLASS IS REQUIRED FOR ALL NEW CLIENTS.

Designed for all levels of experience, this class focuses on helping you lengthen and strengthen your body while supporting mobility, longevity, and recovery. Rooted in traditional Pilates, each session emphasizes controlled, mindful movement to restore balance and alignment.

You’ll move through stretching and gentle mobility work to loosen the body, improve flexibility, and promote recovery. Using mixed props and layered modifications. HiLiT Flow builds strength, stability, and control while leaving you feeling refreshed, restored, and reconnected.

This class is recommended for all first time clients.

HiLiT flow Level 2

Designed for clients who have and are ready to build on their foundation.  Flow Level 2 progresses your movement with greater confidence, control, and coordination on the reformer.

This class introduces more dynamic sequencing, including standing flows on the reformer and long box work, while continuing to reinforce core engagement, balance, and stability. Expect smooth transitions, increased time under tension, and layered progressions that challenge both strength and mobility.

HiLiT Cardio

A high-energy blend of Reformer and off-the-reformer work designed for a full-body or targeted strength session. Train with weights, power through jump-board cardio bursts, and move through dynamic circuits that build strength, elevate your heart rate, and enhance your Pilates flow.

Perfect for anyone looking to incorporate High Intensity, Low Impact cardio and plyometrics into their weekly routine while staying grounded in control and form.

HiLiT Ignite

This is an advanced level class—please speak with your instructor before joining.

Love strength training? This class is for you. HiLiT Ignite amps up the intensity with strength-focused Reformer sequences that build muscle, endurance, and control. You’ll move through creative variations, time-under-tension work, and dynamic full-body flows using mixed equipment. Expect quicker transitions, advanced core work, increased spring resistance to elevate your heart rate resulting in serious power—all within Pilates signature low-impact framework.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

To help us serve all clients and keep our schedule running smoothly, we kindly ask for at least 12 hours’ notice for any cancellations or schedule changes. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the following:

  • Non-members & Monthly Members: one class credit will be deducted

  • Unlimited Members: a $35 late cancellation/no-show fee

We’re Hiring: Part-Time Group Pilates Instructors

HiLiT Pilates is a modern Pilates studio that fuses traditional Pilates with strength training to build strong, resilient bodies.

We’re looking for part-time group instructors who are:

  • Certified group fitness instructors

  • Experienced with Pilates or passionate about Pilates, strength training, and fitness

  • Pilates Reformer certified or willing to obtain certification

Availability required: weekends, mornings, and late afternoon/early evening classes.
