Wear comfortable, form-fitting workout clothes that allow for movement. Avoid loose clothing as instructors need to see your alignment. Grip socks are required

No, all equipment such as reformers, and props are provided. You may bring a water bottle and a small towel if desired.
How early should I arrive before class?
We recommend arriving 10-15 minutes early to check in, meet your instructor, and get oriented with the studio and equipment.
Our HiLiT Flow is perfect for beginners through intermediate levels, HiLiT Flow guides you through traditional Reformer Pilates sequences with a focus on control, alignment, and breath. Each class helps you build a strong core, improve body awareness, and establish a solid foundation to support your ongoing Pilates practice.

Yes, you are required to book classes in advance as class sizes are limited. You can reserve your spot on our downloadable app by clicking here.

We suggest 2-3 times per week for noticeable improvements in strength, flexibility, and posture. Consistency is key.

Please cancel at least 12 hours before class as a courtesy to our instructors and community members on the waitlist.
Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the loss of your class credit.
