This class builds familiarity and confidence with traditional Pilates before progressing to faster, seamless transitions, includes stretching and gentle mobility work to lengthen, loosen, and realign. Uses mixed props and layered modifications for Levels 1–3. Flow develops strength, balance, mobility and control through mindful, full-body movement.

You’ll move through creative variations, time-under-tension work, and dynamic full-body flows using mixed equipment. Cancellation & No-Show Policy
To help us serve all clients and keep our schedule running smoothly, we kindly ask for at least 12 hours’ notice for any cancellations or schedule changes. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the following:
Non-members & Monthly Members: one class credit will be deducted
Unlimited Members: a $15 late cancellation/no-show fee
