HiLiT Flow (L1-3)
The perfect blend of HiLiT Foundations and Flow, this class builds familiarity and confidence with traditional Pilates before progressing to faster, seamless transitions. Using mixed props and layered modifications for Levels 1–3, Flow develops strength, balance, and control through mindful, full-body movement.
Recommended: Complete 3 Flow classes before advancing to HiLiT Ignite or HiLiT Cardio Circuit Training
HiLiT Ignite (L2-3)

HiLiT Cardio Circuit Training (L2-3)
